So, I'm slowly getting the hang of this Photoshop thingamagiggy and I thought I'd take the plunge and try some restoration.

I know there are some mistakes, but it's my first time doing anything like this! All coments and critique welcome! :D

Maybe not perfect but pretty excellent to my casual eye. I have attempted a couple of recovery jobs before but i don't think they came out near as well as what you've done. I appreciate the effort involved with it too. Better than the original when it was an original maybe? Anyway - Well done.

I've done a bit of restoration/alteration as a hobby. Very good job on the pic.

The restoration looks great, fair play, but I think the street lights in the original are cool, try and keep them, I'd try and keep the lens flare in the bottom corner too.

Excellent job. I can only imagine how long it took. This type of restoration is painstaking but well worth it. Agree on the street lights, leave them in if possible. :):)

I did one for my in-laws a few weeks ago.
