    Hi all,

Any recommendations on a spotting scope for 50m? Ideally I'd like to be able to rotate the scope from the 12 o'clock position to say the 3 o'clock position, and the lens coming out of the scope at 45 degrees, if that makes sence.
I've had a look online but very few of them seem to rotate from 12 to 3 o'clock..Are there any good shops in the Dublin area? My budget is approx 350/400 euro

Looking at this spotting scope myself. The exit pupil is 2.8mm at what seems to be all zooms ie. 25-75 and it has a large lens at 75mm. I think its a mirror refection type scope, in that the image is refected onto a mirror and then back into the eyepiece. I know it won't twist around like you want but it has a good range of mag at 25-75 which will allow you to see all at 50m AND a lot more range when you need it.
Cheap at £130 sterling + post.
