I get all my work clothes in penneys or H & M. penneys trousers last years and are only ones that fit me right. theyre jewellery is so cheap and its great for brightening up a work outfit. H & M is great for tops and little cardigans etc.

I just think the prices in oasis, river island and warehouse are madness for work wear

Hmm, I have bought penneys trousers and had to get rid after a few weeks, all went out of shape and fit wasnt great.

I would Bay Trading and Co. They do LOTS of different cuts of black trousers and wash very well. They are tailored quite well too.
H&M again for tops and cardigans, have some really different things that fit great and at really reasonable prices.

Oasis do excellent suits, they are pricey but will last for a very long time and wash very well.
I would be out meeting clients pitching for business alot so I find spending that little bit more for a few staples worth it!

Dorothy Perkins do lots of different fits and leg lengths.
I found tagy weil (not the right spelling!!!) do good trousers for small waisted peeps but the legs tend to be a bit long so some alteration may be needed ( but they only cost like e20 anyway)

I hate spending money on work clothes too, I used to find Penneys and A Wear ok for trousers when they used to fit me :( I go to Zara now and they're a good fit and not too expensive either. I still get tops and blouses in Penneys and sometimes you can get nice cardis and jumpers there too. New Look used to have nice blouses but they're gone to the dogs lately, I like a lot of the Savida ones in Dunnes, but if you're building a wardrobe from scratch and they can work out as a bit expensive.

Warehouse is my choice. Not cheap but I'm happy with everything I've ever bought there.
