White top, dark stain

I have a lovely cheap white top that I got in bershka last summer, there is a purplist stain on it - possibly wine but I honestly can't remember! I've washed it lots and its never come out. This may sound a bit mad but I was considering putting a small amount of bleach on it to see if it would lift the stain. has anyone…
