wireless modem blocking realplayer

Okay, I am going back to college with these online classes that have RealPlayer videos (its a link with a .rm file). For 6 weeks Ive been watching the videos and such with no issues. On Friday I upgraded the firmware in my Actiontec GT701wg modem and switched from WEP to WPA-PSK security which Ive been meaning to do for a long time. Now I cant view those videos from any of the 3 computers on my network. I get a generic "cant connect" message. I can view other videos and web pages etc. If I get off the network (say take my laptop to the bookstore) I can view the schoolwork videos fine. Ive rechecked the settings in my router 10x, the firewalls are off, Im not blocking any programs or services (at least not on purpose, theres nothing listed in those boxes), I switched routers (and left it with no security or firmware upgrades), and I continue getting the same problem. My service provider has all the IT support sent to India and they only know how to fix things that conform to their textbook. Im so frustrated and I need those videos cos I have finals next week!! Any one got any ideas?? thx
