Uploading from Flickr

I hope I'm in the right department for the following question.

What is the code for uploading a photo from Flickr directly to Boards.ie, please.
Usually, when I copy and paste code, the photo I wish to share appears on the page. (For example: http://lounge.techfocus.net/showpost.php?p=354330&postcount=15)
This is not happening here and the full code is replicated as follows:

^^ I should've said remove the spaces from the img tags.

or click the 'insert image' button when you're making a new post and paste in the image url.
