Blackberry Problem

I've got a blackberry pearl on vodafone. When I recieve a call I can't hear the caller for 2 seconds. Anyone else experience this? I've rang vodafone and they say its news to them!

This has been a problem for ages with the pearl. I got 1 a year ago and it had this problem. You need to upgrade the firmware. do a search on blackberryforums.com
