Hi my parents have a skybox and are using it for freeview tv at the moment.
A little hand found the sky card and 'misplaced it'.

Is it possible to get one of these cards just to get the extra few channels and would this include irish channels, or do you need to pay to recieve these as it doesn't at the moment on BBCs/itv's.
They don't want to suscribe again as it was just "not worth it they felt"

Where and how much are these cards?!!

Only a Sky sub will give you the Irish channels on satellite.
With Channel 4 going FTA, there is very little else extra available with a UK FreesatfromSky card that you cant already get with a cardless box.
See the stickies for available channels and reverting the box to UK epg if that helps any.
As Tony indicated, there is no equivalent FreesatfromSky card available for Ireland. Just have to use terrestial.
