Here is the setup and want to know if this is possible.
Have Sky+ installed in apartment that is pre-wired for NTL with points in living room & bedroom and would like to use RF out to view Sky+ in bedroom.

Is it possible to go from RF out on Sky+ to NTL point in living room (with coax-rf adapter) using the pre-wired coax cable in the walls to the bedroom point and then back to rf cable into TV?

Will the cable in the wall carry picture and sound OK?

Yes, assuming the bedroom coax is linked directly to the living room.

Each joint degrades the picture quality somewhat, but it should remain adaquate for a bedroom TV.

Is there a place in the house where the cable from bedroom, and cable from sittingroom meet and connected to incoming cable with splitter?

There would be a splitter somewhere, perhaps outside on NTL trunk tap, which would make your plan fruitless. You'd need to find where the two cables meet, and put a straight "back-to-back" connection on.
