I have Imagine BB and never had a problem with it for nearly a year until last week i noticed the connection cuts off, when i check the status of the connection in the modem it says the WAN is down. When I reboot the modem (sometimes needs to be done more than once) the connection comes back on. Would you think this is a…

Would you think this is a problem with the connection or the modem?
