Able to send but not receive emails

    just wondering can anybody help me with this. im using outlook 2007 and i seem to be able to send e-mails but not recive them.

    Who is your internet provider? What have you got the incoming mail server set to?

    eircom is the provider should i have it set to anything in paticular

    Incomming Mail: (POP3) to mail1.eircom.net

    Outgoing Mail: (SMTP) to mail1.eircom.net
