N95 8GB with Motorola HT820 sound problem

I have a N95 8gb and I use a set of Motorola ht820 bluetooth headphones. The music plays but roughly every minute the nokia music player appears to stop, I have to open and close the slider on the N95 to get the music to continue. I have tried the headphones with my Ipod and a BT adaptor and that works fine so I guess it…
