We met a splendid Human in London earlier this year by the name of Rupert Cobb, poet of the Trumpet, mixer of TV series 'Live at Abbey Road' and all round studio Guru. He's one of our MySpace friends 'LogicToolbox'

A couple of days ago he was photo tagged in Bassists Steve Pearce's MySpace that I happened to look at.

On Steve's page is a blog about recently departed Jazz drummer Allan Ganly. A trumpet player called Noel Langley had left a comment with a YouTube link of a performance of Allan's with the Tubby Hayes Big Band in the 60s.

I loved the whole Tubby Hayes band! So much so I posted that same link on our page and bought an album on ITunes...

The Internet should make your (music) life better........!!

Through events like this and ole BBC 6Music http://www.bbc.co.uk/6music/
my enthusiasm for music knows no bounds -

Do any of you feel the same?
