BIG 4 or BIG IT?

    Hi,

I'm 23, Business studies graduate with 1 year student experience with a BIG IT company (accounting) in Dublin and 2 months internship in BIG 4 in Amsterdam (audit). Upon graduation got offer from both: IT company- project accountant, better pay and working hours; BIG 4- juniour auditor, lower pay and longer working hours. ACCA with both (not an issue)! Question on hand: in the long term which one would be a better career path? Is it probable to finish ACCA while in IT company ( have more study time) and join BIG 4 after that?

Also (while I'm on the topic) is ACCA strongly practise related? Is it valued by the general business community when it comes to finance jobs? As I'm in the beginning of my career would like to keep my options open, even more to broaden them if possible!

Loads of question but would appreciate any advise!

    Thanks!
