It happened, my laptop is dying! :(

Well unless I can fix it, but I'm not sure!

It's a year and a half old so I figure it's time for a new one...

I'm looking for something powerful, cheap, and a good amount of storage.

    Any suggestions?

Dell make the best laptops in my opinion, Inspiron
XPS range are more powerful (and look better) but they are also more expensive...

I bought my laptop on ebay about 3 weeks ago adn i got it for 193.00stg, its a HP NC6000, it is refurbished but we also have a dell inspiron 9300 and cheapo hp is quicker than it.

its got 30 gig hard drive and 512 mb ram with 14" screen
10/100 LAN Card, Modem, Operating System, USB, WiFi Enabled

    Intel Pentium M

    DVD ROM

    1400 mhz processor.

I am delighted with this machine and with the english pound being great value at the moment, you will get a bargain.

If your after a cheap laptop the best value I've found is the vostro for around €332/€364 depending on spec.
