    need someone to train a Lab (12 months old) for shooting & retreiving NO COMPS

    Before anyone says it I'll be doing the actual shooting ...................

    Bunny why dont you buy yourself a good training manual and tackle the
    job yourself? its quite rewarding not to mention the experience you will get;)

    how about " the working labrador" by peter hudson, only one of many,
    google training labs by the drakeshead method.;)

    getting a dog trained is nothing to be ashamed of either though bunny. im on my first gun dog and i am working her and trying to train her but experience is what counts and i myself am contemplating sending my bitch off for a little while.

    Delvin Kennels excellent trainer
    would always go there also does gun dog classes arklow 7pm and garristown not sure of time
