Wondering if anyone came across this before. Im bought an iphone from a UK powerseller with 100% feedback. In the item ad they stated that your paypal/ebay address must be verified/confirmed. However paypal can only do this for uk addresses.

The seller contacted me asking me to send them a copy of a bill or something that will verify their address.

Now im not doubting their honesty, as i said their feedback was 100% and they are an approved power seller. Why would they need to confirm address so strenously?

Never seen this before, taking it on themselves to enforce fraud protection or something. In case there's a problem with the payment after shipping. That's my guess.

I spoke with them again and they saids its to do with paypal seller protection in the event the item gets lost. Makes sense now. Thanks for the responses folks.
