    i'd wear a suit.

jacket can always come off, as can the tie. i find it very hard to be underdressed and then tried to up the dress code on the fly.

i think business casual is a suit, no tie, shirt open at the neck for guys

if you have been told business casual and turn up in a suit though they might think you are trying to make a good impression, you might also look like a try-hard!

    hope this helps

Bring the suit and tie with you, they can come off if no one else has them on.

Agreed - wear a suit, you can always take the tie off but you won't be out of place.
