    Hi,

I got a refund of 30 euro on Paypal, but the account balance is still 0 with 'credit to credit card' in the statement. does this mean the refund is gone directly onto the credit card, and if so, why? I thought I paid for it using what was in my account, with maybe a few euro off the card at most....it's not my card, so it's just a bit annoying.

    thanks.

If you paid with your credit card the refund will go back to your card. Anything from the transaction that you paid with funds already in your account would have gone back into your account.

You should be able to check in your history where the funds originally came from - that or your credit card statement.
