I agree it's a cracking series have you read the books and how he came to be in france. They start off in India thats were he gets his promotion to Sgt. The last episode was on telly over christmas it was a good finish but a bit sketchie about how Harper ended up in over there.

Most recent one in India was totally dodge I thought, but they're currently filming a new episode ( in India again) so this collectors edition while a great buy for Sean Bean and Sharpe lovers will be out of date pretty soon.
