    Hi,

    Where can i find good deals for buying a laptop. I have had good experience with Dell 630, but looks like the rates here start with a min of 950 quid. I would also appreciate if anyone has good experience with other laptops of similar config as Dell 630?

    Thanks in advance!

    The dell vostro range has gotten great praise on these boards, and they are quite cheap for the spec, go onto the Dell.ie small business page to check them out. And a little bit more info about what you'll be using it for ie Desktop replacement, college, traveling etc.

    Rather than have us drag the information out of like we were pulling teeth, can you have a read of the sticky titled "How to ask for help on this forum *** READ THIS FIRST ***".

    Okay well, if I had €800 to spend on a laptop that it's primary functions were speed, efficiency and storage space this is the laptop I'd be looking at. LINK

    I'm choosing Dell as their laptops are dirt cheap for decent specs at the moment.

    Inspiron 1525 Highlights;

    €788.99

    Windows Vista Home Premium
    15.4" WideScreen with TrueLife
    Intel Core 2 Duo Processor T5550
    4096MB 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM
    250GB SATA Hard Drive

    €800 is a decent budget to spend with if you are not looking to use the laptop for gaming or any special features etc.
