Quick call for help from anyone who's using Parallels a lot - I'm doing a lot of cross-platform coding in OS X and in Windows (running in Parallels). As a lot of the libraries/source files I'm using are cross-platform, to avoid duplication I'd like to store them all in my OS X filesystem and access them via shortcuts when working in Windows. The problem is, read/write times are extremely slow when accessing files in the OS X filesystem from windows, making tasks like building a Visual Studio project too sluggish to be usable. Anyone got any idea how I can sort this out?
