Anyone know what's happening on the Cappagh Road

    Driving by yesterday and this morning there seems to be a few people forming a queue outside a development on the cappagh rd since yesterday anyone know what's happening?

    Some estate agents are reputed to be hiring people to hype launches.

    Some builders have staff chasing wages.

    Some people are just stuck in traffic or can't afford the petrol.

    As for Cappagh Road, I don't know.

    It's the new "Heathfield" housing estate development, I'm not sure why they would be queing though?

    Maybe to put deposit on certain houses as soon as office opens?

    i'm looking for a bit of info on the new Heathfield development on Cappagh Road??

    i am currently looking at the Nightingale and i was wondering if anyone has recently bought one and if the developers were open to offers??
