Can anyone shed some light on the gigantic banners outside the Point? The latest being of the Queen and a Coming Soon headline below? I was told by my Dad they had 1 of Gay Byrne (apparently a mayor of the village ha) and some famous chef who's apparently going to have a restaurant there. But what's the deal with the…

Can anyone shed some light on the gigantic banners outside the Point? The latest being of the Queen and a Coming Soon headline below? I'm surprised it hasn't been defaced tbh.
