Price for 95 Polo?

I'm just trying to bet a price for my girlfriend's 95 1.6 Polo. It's a limited edition Fox, with power steering and VW alloys.
Got rear-ended last week and want to get an idea of what to expect from the insurance company when they write it off. Tried a couple of VW dealers, but the book value only goes back as far as 2000 I was told.
Any ideas on where I could get an official valuation?
    Cheers

    I would say around €500.

From a sales point of view a 13 year old Polo with a 1.6 litre engine would be hard enough to shift. Most people interested in Polo are after 1.0 litre versions which are cheap to run.

I was thinking about 5-600 too.

Polos are cheap as it is so you're not getting much.
