On sunday the 6th of april 2008 i ran my first marathon in paris. It was without doubt the most unbelievable experience i have ever had. i would like to thank all who post on this site for the help they unknowingly gave me during my training.

Thanks, havent really decided what to do going foward, I am not a fast runner 4 hours 5 in paris but i enjoy running at a steady pace. I think i may do Dublin this year and maybe London and New York next year. i think two a year would be a good target to keep me focused
