    Hope your keeping well..AH
    Wrong.. they are caused by 30-35 years of work which we all must do to pay for some thing which only took 2 man hour years to build but we will be working for 30 plus..
    Its all the same when you buy expensive goods that cost more. Higher cost means we pay out more cash which means that we must work longer or do some overtime, all of which have a great effect on our co2 emmisions../
    Negative feedback loop that has ran wild in Ireland
    example. What about some one paying €100 for a t-shirt..

    Keepin well TFA,
    depends on what you do for a livin really, if you plant trees for a living, then the 35 years work might even make your "better built" house CO2 neutral !
    but the answer really is concrete.
