Skelligs - Commercial operators?

    Hi,

can anyone recommend a commercial outfit for the Skelligs, or that part of Kerry generally. I have been fascinated by Skelligs since visiting them as a kid and would love to dive them. Surprisingly enough Google proves no use in this regard.

I have a PADI open water cert but only about 5 dives since but all my dives were in warm water. Will this be a problem?

i thought velentia went bust ? no ?

as for open water 5 warm dives.
you are supposed to be limited to just 18m, which means you wont be able to dive all the sites.
you should do an advanced open water in irish/uk waters and try .
most companies dont look favourably on just warm water dives.
in the cold here you will be wearing more weight and thicker suits, so its a bit different

Can recommend Dive Valentia, hire the boat for a weekend last year, great craic, great service & knowledgeable outfit.

One or two shore dives and you'll be fine. Belt away.
