€2000 in an online share account

I have €2000 sitting in an online share trading account and I want to do something with it. I don't know much about the share markets and the daily & weekly emails I get from the brokers seem a bit optimistic.
Are there any good share buying tutorials & simulators available online so that I can test it out first.
Also, does anyone have any good recommendations for stocks. I'm not too worried about the money so I'm prepared to take a few risks.

    Thanks!

    D

How on earth did you get/put 2k into a trading account if you know nothing about shares?

If you are that stuck for ideas, take the money out and put it on deposit.

(we dont discuss individual shares in this forum)

Because he wants to earn a higher yield on the stock market rather than leave it in a sh1tty deposit account. Why dont you discuss individual shares in this - the investment forum?
