O2 Head Office

Anyone have any advice for going for an interview with O2 to work in their head office?

I have been told that they are very choosy about who they hire & that it may come down to several rounds of interviews....

Anyone out there working for them/knows someone working for them?

What are they like as employers (in term of management style, possibility of advancement etc.)

Any information would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks in advance!

I used to work with o2. Best employers I ever had. Great to their staff, but you'll work hard.
Really enjoyed working there, really sound people. And loads of hotties!
I did interviews myself (interviewed people), and they are choosy. They are looking for the correct attitude, so be yourself, and see how you get one.
One thing I will say, once in there you'll need to be driven to get advancment, and be able to fight for yourself. I got two promotions, but fought tooth and nail. Also, keep every e mail you get from HR. They are slippy.

But I really did have the time of my life there, and hope to go back there in a few years.

Op I for me my time in 02 was ok. Nothing great but not terrible either. I think it will depend with the people you work with.

But as said above be yourself for the interview.
