BBC streams wonky on internet radio?

    Anyone else suffering from variable bit rates, buffering and such like from bbc streams (all that I've tried seem effected). The stream will start on 64 then drop and drop until its phone line quality before pumping up again.

    Certainly not yesterday. 64k goodness on BBC Radio 2 last night.

    Things to check...

    1) throttle all your porn torrents
    2) try again
    3) if still an issue, repeat step 1. :)

    Other than that... ISP issues? Other streams affected?

    Everything is crap! All stations are taking an age to connect then they just stop, then buffer, crappy bit rates etc. I dunno what could be wrong. My ISP is not throttling speed (such as I have any with 1 mb).

    Unfortunately if you have the Morphy Richards radio this is a constant problem.
