Am looking for pointers to good deals on outdoor garden furniture.
Specifically am looking for garden furniture that you can keep out doors from May - September (bringing cushions indoors only)... is very comfortable to sit/lounge in for hours on end, but won't cost an arm and a leg.

The best I've seen so far is some examples of all-weather imitation black wicker, but so far it's pricey.

I think you're perhaps too early in this product cycle to find budget price versions of such furniture. Relatively new and emerging product alternative to the ageing hardwoods etc and therefore expect prices to be higher. Opinion formers/trendsetters being the early adopters will be willing to pay a premium prices until fashionability begins to weakens and products become more widely available to a more mass market appeal and hence prices will tumble because of greater availability etc.

Meanwhile you might get poor imitations in the likes of Homebase/Argos/Woodies, but note poor imitations albeit cheaper.
