canceling cdwow order?

    i ordered a game from cdwow on the 11th March.

    i checked on its status today and it is still pending despatch.

    is there any way i could just cancel the order and get my money back (i used my laser card for payment)

    Use the "Contact Us" link when you're logged in. You can give them the order number and ask for it to be canceled.

    I cancelled an order with them once, and the credited the money back to my Laser card immediately!

    Thanks for the advice

    I cancelled the order now and they said there is a problem with the refund system but will put the money back on my card when it is fixed.

    Hopefully that is sorted soon
