    Scenario:

I signed up to a course with a IT training place.
Booked time-off work for the week of the course.

Had faxed-in my booking application and made contact with them.
Took out a bank draft for the amount of the course and was prepared to turn-up on the day to pay and attend the course.
(on edit here: this was all done according to the instructions they gave me)
They however, rang me up on the Friday before the starting date (monday) and canceled the course.
Now i'm left with a bank draft addressed to them and my nearest bank won't let me re-coup it.
They insist i must go to my branch, which will result in my having to take more time off work.

Since this is costing me money and unpaid leave for this run-around and my work place was also inconvenienced by this, I'm thinking maybe i can claim for this resultant lose of earnings etc.

    What do you think?
