Verifying with paypal

    I was suppose to buy a camera off ebay today but just checked that they want a verified paypal account, anyway limit on my card is 600 anyway so i was suppose to use my mothers.

    Anyway i put in her details for verification and now its asking to wait 3-4 days until her statement comes through so it can be verified.

    Could i just verify mine and add hers ASWELL ? or will hers need to be verified in any case.

    edit: its with any card. My mothers is visa, is it possible to ring them up?

    The only way to verify paypal is to wait for the statement to come trough. As far as I know.
    It's a pain but there you go.

    You can have more than one card connected to you account, I believe you then need to verify each separately.

    You'll probably have to wait but if you have online access to your credit cards then you might be able to view it sooner.

    Depends on who issued your cc, ie your online bank.

    its a visa card with MBNA,

    this is way too awkward. Ive just pressed buy now already before realising, now i have to pay within 7 days or else i get negative feedback

    But you need to set up on that too, not sure if there'll be any delay. I verified my MBNA card recently, took 2 days for the code to show online, so do it now and try to enrol online too. 7 days should be enough time to do all this and then pay.

    The fastest method is to get a 3V voucher for verifying. And yes its accepted.

    As soon as the 1.50 is taken by paypal you can logon to 3v.ie and get the code you need to verify your account status. Takes minutes; not days.
