    Hey folks,

I have a techie question that you folks might know the answer to. We're looking for something that'll help us deploy our products. Ideally we want something like a download manager that can authenticate and track and audit users that come to our site. Also it has to be customizable enough for us to upload, say 10 products, and set permissions so users can only download the stuff they have purchased.

Ever heard of anything thats commercially avalable to manage this? We don't want to have to roll out our own.

    Thanks,
    Mark.

A free option would be to upload the files to a ftp server. You could then create a ftp account for each user, specifying which files they are permitted to access....

Thanks jmccrohan for the reply. I think we're looking for a commercial frontend that we could tailor to the look and feel of our current website. Something along the lines of OScommerce but a lot more straightforward with telephone support when it breaks down.

    Thanks,
    Mark.
