What is the one car in the WHOLE world that you want, and i mean any car even if it's old or could be one you've seen on TV but hasn't actually meen made.

For me it has to be a 1969 Mustang Convertible GT. I love that car so much and it is the one thing that i want most of all out of everything. I remember seeing it on an episode of Cribs today when the guy from the band Disturbed was showing his house i was like, that my car! so anyway what the one car you want in the world?

The newest BMW M5 - supercar performance in a saloon appeals to me :) plus you could show it a back road with fearing suspension/back problems!

actually just googled and they're making a 575bhp version :D

A mint condition 1966 XKE Jag with rag top. A friend has one, it has a timeless body, and is a real sports car, not one of these imitations.

Definately the Aston Martin DBS ......

The Aston Martin DBS is a 6.0-litre V12 powered, race-bred, two-seater shaped by the aerodynamic demands of high performance, with an exquisite interior that marries beautifully hand-finished materials with the very latest in performance technology.

Though call. There is just so much choice out there weather it be classic or bang up to date.

Classic: a genuine AC Cobra, or Ferrari Daytona drop top, (ala Miami Vice, and before anyone else says it I know that was a replica)

Modern: any new Aston Martin, although any of the current crop of Super saloons would appeal too.

my then gf (now wife) made me sell it, she wanted to learn how to drive and wanted a smaller car.
I wonder sometimes, did i give up the wrong thing... i really loved that car..

The car I most want, money no object, is not yet on sale, but will be next year and it's the Audi R8 twin turbo V10 with no less than 580 bhp.

I was thinking of the Bugatti Veyron but that was too obvious a choice, so I decided on the Audi instead. Of the current lot for sale well I've always been a huge fan of Ferraris and in the past few years I've started to seriously like Aston Martins, so the Enzo(it looks stunning in reality btw) and DB9 are the best of today's lot.

Something that's more affordable that I most want is the new TT-RS(well it won't be called that I know but whatever they do call it) with that 5 pot 340 bhp engine. A car that pays complete homage to the ur-quattro in almost every conceivable way.

No doubt most people were expecting me to mention some sort of BMW, but because I'm a car enthusiast I know there is more, much, much more to cars than just Munich and a Blue and White roundel.

    In that colour too.

Hard to beat the AMs of the 80's, not sure I like the new shapes, although they'd probably blow this one off the road speedwise. But it's not about speed for me, it's about form and rarity.

...it's either that or the Ferrari 250GT California.

Magnificent car, I've always loved the A8 such an imposing presence. As you can see from the above example you pick one up for a pretty handy price these days - pity about the wheels on the above example, a bit ghetto pimp/drug dealer for my liking. Nice on an RS4 though.
