Graduate Programs

I'm a non-business degree student (expecting a 2:1 or even a first) looking for a management graduate program to make the transition to business without the expense of a masters. I have looked at the Aldi offer and though it looks fantastic, the reality is apparently much different leaving candidates with no life outside work.

Can anyone suggest a similar program, more candidate friendly?

I have looked at the Tesco program and would appreciate any feedback regarding such.
