Shipping is a standard £26 on all orders...big or small.

I got my Marshall JVM savage from them about 3 months ago.
Fairly quick delivery alright.......It worked out €500 cheaper than Thomann.

Just got 3 mic's from them this week. Another quick delivery.

    Recomended from me....

I had a really bad incident with this company when I used them. Ordered a keyboard off them in late december, in late Febuary they sent me out the wrong item (worth half the value I paid them). They then promised collection on two seperate occasions but nobody showed up. Eventually someone came to collect it in mid March and around last week I received a refund (losing about €30 in the euro>sterling>euro conversion)

I'd steer clear, but if your going to use them e-mail and make sure the item is in stock. Their prices can be cheaper than Thomann etc. but customer service was a joke from my experience.

They will only deliver to the credit card holders address.

I tried to order from them before and they cancelled my order the day it was due to ship. Didn't send me an email so I emailed them back and they said I had to ring my order in because "Dublin doesn't have a UK postcode". Of course it bloody doesn't!

    I didn't bother ringing them. Stupid ****'s.

Ordered my Warwick from them and they were brilliant. Fast shipping and really friendly to talk to on the phone. They even gave me a discount cos they delayed shipping the bass by one day.

I bought a POD XT Live off them last year. It arrived promptly, safe and sound and I have been using and abusing it ever since ;).

Hi, i have used them many times for large and small items. they have always been excellent and i have have never had any problems. Just to add to an earlier comment they are significantly cheaper on Marshall Stuff than anywhere i have seen. Example i got a Bluesbreaker 2*12 reissue for around 1050 euro delivered. The only issue i find is that they will only deliver to where your credit card is registered. I have seen some amps advertised 2nd hand dearer than the new price on GAK.

Their prices are amazing - some of the cheapest around.

I'm going to be buying an orange head and cab from them very soon for about 1400 yo yos...

Is there issues with items not being in stock? i keep hearing this issue pop up...For example i would be ordering A 72 Tele deluxe,,a vox amp and a boss rc2 looper pedal...When i email them they just tell me to ring the "mail order department" which i never can get throught to

I have now, and will make it my business to avoid it seeing as you've signed up here to pimp it. :)
