Getting last.fm and other widgets into posts

I am guessing that this isn't the exact forum to ask this but does anyone know how I can embed one of those widgets which show (for example) last 5-10 tracks played on last.fm profile onto boards.ie posts/sigs ? I can see the HTML code which folks have used to generate these but I am not sure how these can be embedded into…
