powerpoint viewer printing

    how can I print handouts(as in multiple slides per page) using the powerpoint viewer? I dont have actual powerpoint and dont want to print out all pages

    I dont think you can as far as i know , but you can try open office.org which basically is an open source version or take on office ( has similar word, powerpoint and spreadsheet programs) and its free.

    I dont get as many options as that I just get page range option

    I haven't used the viewer so perhaps it has limitations.

    wait Im able to do it on some powerpoint files not on others any idea why?

    Possibly a security setting on the files that prevent you doing some actions such as copy and paste, print, etc.
