Was in a $10 tourney with full tilt when the server went down. I can't reconnect, although my internet access is fine. Question is, what happens in this situation, do they award the prizes as the were at the time the server crashes, or fold all hands until the rake sorts out the winners, or just refund everyones entry fee?

I was in position 1 or 2 with about 20 people left :-( gutted!

This happened to me about 2 years ago on tribecca. They divided 50% of the prizepool equally between remaining players and the other 50% based on chip counts.

Not sure what the happens these days tho, check full tilts website and see if its in the rules anywhere.

    ah... it sucks...

"* If the tournament had not yet reached the money - All players still in the tournament at the time of the cancellation will be refunded their tournament buy-in and tournament fee. Players will have their buy-ins refunded in the same currency they used to enter the tournament (real money, tokens, etc.), unless they earned their entry through a satellite, in which case, they will be refunded the standard buy-in for the tournament. In addition, the buy-ins of players already eliminated from the tournament will be divided up and distributed to the remaining players, based on their chip counts. Guarantees and money added to the prize pool will not be included in the player payouts. "

ah well, get my cash and a little extra back anyway...

Check out rule 31 of the below link. You should still make good money. Pissed off myself. Was motoring pretty well in the 100 rebuy
