Emergency Passport

    I have applied to get my passport renewed three times, each time the pictures have been in some way wrong. I need to get one ready for next weekend as I am going to Berlin with my college.

    I want to get an emergency passport.

    Can anyone who has gone through this tell me what I need?

    I've heard that I need my flight tickets, but I do not have these as the people from college have them.
