Dublin Musicians Club

    Hi everyone,

I've set up a Facebook group for musicians in Dublin - here's the link -> http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=7762769958

The idea behind it is to set up a community so that it'll make forming bands and meeting other like-minded musicians a hell of a lot easier and more comfortable. Hopefully it'll help eliminate a lot of time-wasting and miscommunication, things that often make forming bands so infuriating.

I'd like for the group to be used for other things, apart from just setting up bands. A couple of examples - finding people to jam with, go to concerts, trade musicial equipment, monthly group meet ups & drinks etc etc.

So anyone who wants to join the group, just click on the link or pm me so I can add you.

    Cheers,

    Paul

Hardly - everything on this forum is obviously divided into seperate threads and posts. The profiles are also very limited in terms of how much information they give - e.g. what bands you like, what you're looking for etc.

The idea is not going to be for everyone. Some may like the idea, others will not.
