recommended rub sor soreness

    hi,

    did my 1st 12 miler last nite and i'm fairly sore today. I did my stretching last nite and this morning, can anyone would recommend a rub to use or the best way to recover from this soreness?

    Although I know of no basis in science for it, I find Tigerbalm great for muscular soreness. Think it is available in Pharmacy's otherwise try Chinese shops.
