    if a certain area is having a problem with internet or tv it overwhelms the 2 people they have on the helpdesk for the whole country. Ive been on hold for ages with them before. If ur ringing on weekday just ring the head office and complain how long you are on hold for and the receptionist will transfer you directly to to an available person

    Indeed, I agree completely. I did once with an iron, and my face was also really red. It took ages to heal completely.
