    The theory behind setting up the 15 billion pa behemoth that is the HSE was that all the local health boards were allowing local politicians screw around with the Health Service

    Dermot Ahern was breathtaking in his arrogance on the telly to night:

    He said it was likely the consultants' report on the issue 'would sit on a shelf'.

    Mr Ahern said that there was 'not a red cent in the Government coffers to fund the hospital.'>>
    Now if it was going to be built in Louth....
