Good evening My niece wants me to take some pictures of her baby and would like them arranged on one picture. In other words say a 10*12 print with small pictures arranged around the print. Can anyone suggest a method of doing this please.
Your help would be much appreciated.
    Thanks

Download Picasa from here (it's free): http://picasa.google.co.uk/intl/en/#utm_source=en-all-more&utm_campaign=en-pic&utm_medium=et
Once installed use the 'collage' button to make a collage of any photos you choose from that folder. it can then be saved and printed. There are different types, so choose the one you want. This is probably the easiest way. I have PS and Picasa and would use Picasa for this. hope this helps.

if you wanted to use Photoshop to do this you could take for instance 4/5 different poses (that might take 40/50 shots of course ;) )
    then in PS
    File
    New
and then in the dialog put in your desired dimensions, save the file and call it Master you could put in a background if you wanted say - muted clouds or smoke or whatever or something then open up each of your preferred poses resize them apply a vignette to each, select and copy then paste them into your master, they will be on a layer of their own as you paste each one in, then just arrange them on the background resize if necessary and when your happy, merge the layers and save off as a Jpeg

or go with the Picasa idea :)

In photoshop use file>automate>"Contact sheet II" for the easiest way.
If you want uneven arrangement untick flatten all layers. Then use the move tool (V on the keyboard) to arrage your layers (one for each image).
