IS G-scooter mini Allowed in Ireland

    Hi there guys

    im just knew here in Ireland, im planning to buy the mach1 - scooter(see the link). now the big question is, is this scooter are allowed in Ireland? because other countries they are banned, Do i need some legal papers? please i need your help

    Self propelled vehicle so need licence as well as tax and insurance

    Edit: Not sure of its legal but if it is it will need these

    According to the website it's not street legal in Germany either (I assume whether it's taxed / insured or not)

    "Benutzung im Bereich der deutschen StVO nicht gestattet."

    (StVO is Strassenverordnung, or road traffic regulations)

    Most of these things get approval on an EU-wide basis.

    It has a plastic fuel tank.

    If that doesn't ban it from being street legal, I think the little gurriers setting it alight will.

    They are alowed, but not on the roads.
