    id think they wouldnt be! More for private areas imo, certainly not roads!

    I remember hearing about this on joe duffy (my ma was listening to it! really!) apparently they are considered as motor vehicles and therefore need insurance and registration and lights and everything!

    You could, but it would really be a moped and meet all the legal, technical and licencing requirements of such things. Pointless though - Irish roads and small wheels don't go well!
